A valid credit card or $50 deposit is required to book an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a $50 fee. We understand things happen and schedules change, so you can apply your cancellation fee toward a future treatment.

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us, you will be charged a non-refundable $50 fee and not be permitted to book future appointments.
